My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Bryan. When we first started our process in summer 2021 we weren’t even sure what direction we wanted to go in. We considered staying put, building from scratch or buying. Bryan gave us great advice for all of those options and never pushed us out of our comfort zone.

When we ultimately found a home we were interested in purchasing, we were given great advice. The relationship that Bryan created with the other realtor made all the negotiations and the back and forth that happens when buying a home much less stressful. Our closing went through without a hitch even in a condensed time window at the end of 2021.

Finally, we put our home on the market after closing on our new place. We followed Bryan and Nuria’s Upstage the Nest advice to a ā€œTā€ in prepping our home for sale. They provided great insight into what projects would add value and what would not. The home staging (virtual and in person) completed by Nuria was stunning. When it came time to place the house on the market, Bryan looked extensively at the up-to-the-minute comparables in our area and recommended listing at a price that was different (higher!) than we had planned. We again followed his advice and ended up reaching a deal that was above even that asking price.

Needless to say, we have been very impressed from start to finish! So much so that we have recommended Bryan and the Nelson Home Group to our in-laws who are moving in from out of state. You can’t go wrong with this group!
