Before opening Shaner Brokerage Corporation, Bryan spent over 10 years as a Marketing Senior Executive helping companies develop their brands and launch successful campaigns. He discovered that cultivating solid personal relationships and helping his clients understand the brand-building process led to phenomenal results.

He quickly learned that when you invest in people, you can create a fun, respectful environment that everyone enjoys. In 2006, Bryan took a leap of faith and opened SBC. He takes great pride in leading a team who provides its clients with the highly individualized service needed to succeed in the world of real estate.

And, when Bryan’s not working, you can find him hanging out with his best friend and apple of his eye, daughter Blake Olivia, aka “The BOS!” Together, they enjoy hanging out with family and friends, grilling in the backyard, boating on the lake, or cheering on their beloved Lakers.
