Homes.com Review

I know Bryan personally and wanted him to help me with the mobile home I was selling. I had normal exceptions but he surpassed them. I was mostly impressed on how well he handled the possible buyers and how some didn't meet the qualifications of living in the community. You would not be disappointed with Bryan's services since he's a great people person and punctual for open houses and meetings.

Homes.com Review

While looking at homes online, there was a property with very few photos. After contacting a few agents for more info, Bryan was the only agent who responded and was able to find more photos and better descriptions than were available online. Because of his responsiveness, we decided to work with Bryan. In a very competitive market and with tough sellers, Bryan negotiated and advocated for us every step of the way so that we were able to buy below asking price. He was responsive and did everything possible to get property/seller information so that wise decisions could be made asap. Bryan is also kind, very personable and definitely has the buyers best interests in mind. I would highly recommend Bryan Suarez to be your agent!
