Bryan Taylor was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot speak highly enough of him! You will not find a more dedicated, kind, patient, and knowledgeable realtor.

My wife and I were first-time home buyers, and we worked with Bryan from December 2021 to June of 2022. Every minute of those 6 months, Bryan managed to make us feel like we were his only clients. He was so responsive every step of the way, and he truly made buying a home a pleasant experience.

From the beginning, Bryan told us that he would spend the first few showings listening to us and learning our style. He did just that, and within 2 or 3 showings, he understood exactly how we conduct ourselves, the level of directness that we appreciate, and started to gauge what we might be interested in. From there, we developed a candid dialogue about all of the properties we viewed, and Bryan could often tell what we were feeling before we vocalized it. In many instances, he knew that we would like a property before we did.

He was able and eager to answer all of the literal hundreds of questions we asked him throughout the 30 properties we saw with him. On the rare occasion he didn't know the answer offhand, he would do research on his own time or reach out to colleages immedately, and would provide an answer for us right away. My wife and I came away from the home buying experience with Bryan with a ton of home upkeep and maintenance knowledge that far exceeded the scope of Bryan's responsibilities as a realtor.

Bryan was ALWAYS available to us via text, phone, and email, at pretty much all hours of the night, every day of the week. I cannot even count the number of times he followed up with us late in the evening while working on offers, scheduling multiple showings at once, and working around our schedule. Bryan was even available to us during a personal emergency in which he was out of state. Bryan coordinated 30 showings for us in the span of 6 months, and on the incredibly rare occasion he could not be there himself, he smoothly introduced us to another member of his team and helped us see every single property we were interested in.

Bryan walked us through every bit of the contracts multiple times until we were comfortable and never made us feel foolish for asking questions or taking multiple explanations to understand things. Ultimately, he calmed us down when we finally had an offer accepted. He could tell we were on edge and reached out to us repeatedly to check on us and help keep us confident when we were concerned.

We truly would not have purchased a home if not for Bryan Taylor. He is wonderful to work with and a fantastic person. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Bryan is beyond fantastic to work with. I was out of the state often and he went out of his way to do the extra work for me to sell the house. His advice was sound and has a great pulse of the market. His team did a fantastic job marketing our house and sold it right where it needed to be. My mother and I were faced with selling my sister’s house after she passed away. We were referred to Bryan by our financial advisor and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the work Bryan and the whole team at Andy Werner & Associates did for us. The house required a great deal of work to make it market ready and Bryan put us in contact with a contractor in his network. Once the work was completed, Bryan was able to market and sell the house within three days and over our asking price. When the buyer had some financing complications prior to settlement, Bryan was in daily contact, advising us of status and options. Bryan’s professionalism, knowledge of the market, and above all, communication skills are top notch and we would recommend him, without hesitation to any perspective buyers or sellers.

Bryan did an amazing job of walking us through the selling process of our home. His team took beautiful photos, and we had many showings immediately after listing - and under contract in 3 days. Bryan was helpful through the whole closing process, sending detailed emails and follow up phone calls on what I needed to do in regards to condo HOA, utilities, and so forth. Eventually, we ended up closing at 30k over asking. I would recommend Bryan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the DMV area.

I was referred to Bryan Taylor to help me sell my property, it took about 3 years but at no fault of his. It was a difficult transaction because of unforeseen situations. Through out the process he gave me different options and worked with me to make things go smoothly. Bryan was always available and always driving the distance to make sure my personal life went uninterrupted. Even when I thought it wasn't going to happen or even when I thought that I wanted to give up, Bryan continued to assure me these things happen and its just a small hiccup. I asked for a break in the sell of my home due to the overwhelming feeling on my part. Bryan definitely respected that break and reached out to follow up. Unbeknownst to me when he did reach out a couple of weeks later I had an offer and a fast closing date. Bryan represented Re/Max with professionalism and was willing to go an extra mile for his clients. This would be my second dealing with RE/MAX. These agents know how to put their customers first and value their clients. I would definitely recommend Bryan Taylor to help you find a home, and close on a home.

What impressed me most about Bryan was his great communication skills, his commitment to responding to me, and his patience with me. He was able to find me a great rental property in my desired area.
