Just closed a landmark home in downtown Phoenix in the Willo Historic District with Bryan Vasquez of Playyce. Bryan is a pro with a win-win approach. We had the normal challenges during the inspection and appraisal because the home was 90 years old. But through it all, Bryan was proactive and positive. I first contacted Bryan at PLAYYCE, after reaching a high frustration level during my home hunting experience with other realtors due to the lack of response, very little knowledge of the market, and last but not least, unavailability. I was fortunate enough to work with Playyce on my recent home purchase, and I believe I had a unique situation that Playyce flexed around to help facilitate the sale. Leveraging this team you will find industry experts who actively work to understand and learn the industry, but more importantly, you will find people of integrity.

My personal feelings about real estate agents is that they offer little value with the emergence of all the new online tools, but the team at Playyce completely changed my perception. I dont think my sale would have gotten done so quickly and smoothly if it wasnt for these professionals, which helps because the home buying process is unusually stressful.

I highly recommend you give them a call and see how they can cater to your needs. A lot of tools out there offer you money back, but honestly you can put a price on the value that Playyce brings to the table for you.

We were blown away at how quickly our homes sold! I've heard folks say that real estate is all about the right price, and Ask Bryan Realty knows how to price-- and help you get your home ready to get top dollar.

We also benefited from Bryan's negotiating skills for the house we bought together- got it for $10K under the appraisal.
