Bryan Vayo

Born and raised in Mentor and a graduate of Mentor High School, Bryan first earned his real estate license in 2019 before spending several years on the lending side. In 2025, he returned to real estate with a strong foundation in financing and a passion for helping people find their place to call home.

He serves clients throughout Northeast Ohio, with a focus on Lake, Geauga, and Cuyahoga counties, though his flexible approach allows him to assist wherever his clients need him.

Bryan is known for his ability to listen, his genuine care for clients, and his in-depth knowledge of both sides of the transaction. His background in lending allows him to guide buyers and sellers through the entire process with confidence, ensuring they not only find the right home but also feel supported in every financial aspect along the way.

For Bryan, the most rewarding part of being an agent is connecting with people and celebrating their excitement when the keys are finally in hand. Outside of real estate, his career also provides him with the balance to spend more time with his family while continuing to help others achieve their real estate dreams.
