Bryant Aplass officially took on the role of CEO at Green Elephant Development in 2018. The company is now moving forward to achieve its goal of becoming one of the housing industry leaders in green innovation by the time it celebrates its 5th anniversary in 2023.

His major business career before he took on the leadership of the forward-thinking Green Development company that also gives back a % of its proceeds to Elephant Conservation is as follows:

From 2004, he was Founder and President of Explosion Sportswear Corp that he created while he was attending college and later sold in 2017. Clients included NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, Team USA Olympics and many fortune 100 companies. In 2014, he started Interactive Apparel a augmented reality company focusing on engaging interactive marketing campaigns for businesses using products that trigger AR experiences. Mr. Aplass bought his first piece of real estate over 15 years ago and has since done over 150 real estate transactions ranging from single family, multifamily and commercial buildings. Mr. Aplass founded Explosion Sportswear, upon graduation from Washington State University where he double majored in Business Management & Human resources. Mr. Aplass enjoys hobbies like playing soccer, reading business and real estate books, all while enjoying quality time traveling the world with his wife and daughter.
