Bryce Jones was our realtor. We were moving ourselves from Evansville, IN to Wichita, KS. We had toured multiple homes in Wichita with Bryce when in town visiting family, but never found THE home. We couldn’t tour all he had found, but our son and daughter-in-law did so whenever possible. Our house in Indiana was already on the market.
Luckily for us, our daughter-in-law had paid attention to all of our likes and dislikes. Bryce was able to hone in what we wanted, toured it with our son and his wife, and with her recommendation, face-timed us as they toured, we bought it, without ever setting foot in it. After 18 months, we still comment to each other what great home we have.

Bryce knows the ins and outs of his industry well and it benefits his clients greatly! He was assigned to us in a relocation 5 years ago and man did we luck out there, especially as folks new to the area!

He listened to our wants and needs and was not pushy at all.

He walks the line between being present and answering questions and letting you have space to check things out for yourself perfectly!

When we found out we were relocating out of state and needed to sell our house with a relocation company, we insisted on having Bryce for a realtor again because of our first experience, and once again, he kept in great contact with us every step of the way and really knows his market!
