Bryson Powers has been an absolute pleasure to work with you 🙌 He is one of the many reasons I believe and have faith in Miracles! After having a horrible experience with another lender/realtor(s) for 5months he made sure I was well taken cared of and made everything possible for my family and I in a Month! Just in time before my baby arrives, the amount of effort, communication and support amongst many other marvelous things he assured me he was working for and with me and didn't make me feel like I had to chase him for answers. I give Bryson 10 stars. Not just 5. He went above and beyond for my family. He was patient as well. Took us a few months to get our loan started, officially, and he didn't hesitate to keep in touch. When we were ready, he was ready and waiting! Everytime we had a property we were interested in, Bryson made the time for us, knowing how the market was. Thats another great thing about him, he is very up to date on where the market stands and what's going on today. If it weren't for Bryson and his knowledge of the market, his dedication to his clients and his strategies, we wouldn't be living in our dream home! I will recommend him to everyone I talk to. He was born to be a realtor!

Bryson is an adept real estate agent and skilled negotiator. He is 110 percent kind of person that follows up on every little thing. He is a good guy.

I had a list of things I wanted in a house, and Bryson helped me stay focused on that, and get a house with all those things. He took me to every house I wanted to see and even suggested a few.

He took the time to get to know me, my situation, and the things I valued. The highest level of communication was always there. I had a lot of doubts and concerns along the way, but working with Bryson was never one of them.

Bryson was one of the best surprises to this whole home buying experience besides the house itself! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and understanding. He knew what I was looking for and found a home that was so perfect that the second I walked in the front door I told him “This is it!” Bryson knew where to look in order to stay in my price range which was difficult with how hot the market is right now and still close enough to work that my commute isn’t any different! However, I think the most rewarding part about working with Bryson was the fact that he’s not just a realtor looking to close and check out but a lifelong friend! The closing process was difficult and somewhat of a roller coaster of emotions, I won’t get into because it’s just the nature of working with so many people in a variety of states in the middle of a global pandemic and through it all Bryson was there to listen, talk me off the ledge, and find a solution that got me closed and moved into my new house all before the start of the new school year! That was very important to me being a Teacher during this time there was no way I would have been able to make it HOME without all Bryson’s hard work!

Bryson was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and patient. He was quick to respond, regardless of the time or day. He was always willing to see properties with me at the drop of a hat. He listened to what I liked and didn’t like and was patient with all my picky preferences. He went above and beyond in answering questions I had and was really helpful during the negotiation and closing process. I would recommend him to anyone. 10/10 for sure!
