About Bubba

Bubba's journey began in Newport News, VA, where he was born. After earning a degree in History from Virginia Tech, he returned to York County to run his father's automotive repair business, a local institution for over 50 years. Bubba dedicated 17 years to leading this business with a commitment to serving both customers and employees.

However, Bubba's path took an exciting turn when he entered the real estate industry. Leveraging his local knowledge, professional contacts, and dedication to personalized service, he founded Bubba Hutchison & Co. This marked the start of his second career, where he applies his business acumen and passion for serving clients in the real estate sector.

Outside of his professional life, Bubba is happily married to his wife, Amanda, and they are parents to three wonderful children - Jett, Claire, and Lilly. Their family also includes a Cavapoo pup named Frankie.

Bubba remains deeply engaged in his local community as a current board member of An Achievable Dream Academies and The Boys & Girls Clubs of the VA Peninsula. He and has a range of personal interests, from fitness and reading to boating and podcasts. He has an undying love for his Washington Football Team, a cold beer, a perfect glass of wine, and all things foodie!
