Wow, may I start by saying what an experience!!! My husband and I met Buchi at a fair several years before we were ready to buy. When we were ready to move forward, we didn’t have an agent. We remembered the conversation we had with Buchi at his booth several years back and decided to give him a call. From the moment we contacted Buchi, he exuded knowledge, patience, integrity, and a personal interest in ensuring we were comfortable and pleased with the process!!! Buchi was extremely flexible with our time and made himself and his staff available to fit our timing needs. Throughout the whole process, Buchi patiently answered all of our questions while being honest and straightforward. There was not one moment that passed that either my husband or I doubted Buchi’s ability to deliver on his word to make this home buying process smooth and enjoyable! Buchi’s commitment, amazing attitude, and personable demeanor made us feel more like acquaintances rather than clients.

Lastly, I would love to brag about Buchi’s ability to negotiate!! The most important (one of) thing for first time home buyers is to feel confident and assured in your decisions and choices. Assured that you're asking the right questions, reassured that you're not asking too many questions. For that feeling, you need a realtor who is knowledgeable, experienced, patient as determined. Buchi was all those & more. Our home buying journey was a little atypical, longer than we expected but even when we were distracted by sunrooms and granite countertops, Buchi served as a compass to remind of us why we embarked on this journey in the first place. When we were frustrated and tired, Buchi still maintained his fire and said the right house is out there. And when there were road bumps and last minute issues, Buchi went the extra mile to deal with all those concerns. The best compliment I can give Buchi is that throughout our journey, we were never alone - he was always available to guide our decisions.

Buchi reached out to me in regards to getting my house back on the market, of all the agents that reached out he provided a comprehensive report that helped me understand what was happening in my current area. Buchi was extremely responsive and easy going as I had issues with my past agent and wasn’t willing to sign any paperwork for our first few sessions, he understood and was willing to do the work and put in the time anyways. After walking me through the best scenarios, I signed with him and within a few days he already had several people interested. We loved working with Buchi, who helped us purchase our first home, a beautiful house, this past summer! He was warm, kind, encouraging, patient, flexible, and articulate. He helped walk us through the process and explained things we did not understand. When he needed to reach out to others to get answers, he did so without complaint or delay. He worked with us to negotiate/adjust the real estate agent contract to meet our needs. When our mortgage lender made an error on our qualification letter – showing us qualified for a much lower purchase than we had been told - Buchi trusted us and kept moving forward with us as the lender corrected this (rather than backing off since our letter did not match what we had told him). He showed himself to be a friend and advocate, and I bet that you would enjoy working with him like we did!

When looking to purchase my first home, I needed a realtor that was knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable. Working with Buchi, I quickly learned that those characteristics describe him. I discovered Buchi Offodile after calling my local bank's homeownership program. I am thrilled that, in a day of working with fancy, high-tech devices to find real estate leads, my experience with Buchi was really simple, straightforward and meaningful. Buchi reminded me why we really still need human realtors!

Buchi was professional as he:
Sent multiple, detailed property descriptions that allowed me to narrow properties to review. (Because of this I developed a better understanding of what I really needed and wanted).
Allowed me freedom to move through properties while he answered questions. If he did not have an answer, he would do research or talk to other agents and get back to me promptly.
Quickly turned around paperwork and/or gave me feedback if I showed interest in a property.
Remained open minded, but didn't just tell what he thought I wanted to hear. Particularly, (Buchi pushed my thinking and educated me about realistic options based on his opinion of current market conditions.)

Buchi followed common sense protocol as he:

Announced in a timely manner when he was running late (and appeared within the time he estimated so I never worried while I waited)
Met me at public places so I didn't have to “hang out” in unfamiliar neighborhoods while I waited (and Buchi even picked me up for viewings when I had no transportation)
Used appropriate precautions when safe entry into and/or within properties was questionable
Called me first to address time-sensitive information versus simply texting or using email

Finally, Buchi showed his solid character traits as he:

Opened car and property doors for me. (YES, COURTESY AND MANNERS MATTER!)
Assured me that I was not wasting his time when we viewed properties that I rejected
Kept a smile on his face!

Bottom line: I would definitely recommend Buchi Offodile for first time as well as seasoned buyers due to his patience with me during this house-hunting process and his knowledge of the market.

P.S. Unfortunately, we were not able to find a suitable property before I had to end my house-hunting time commitment. But Buchi, once again, won me over as he explained that receiving a “tip” - that I offered to him for his time commitment - was against realtor ethical code. I certainly will refer others to Buchi and re-engage directly when I'm able to make a deal!

Buchi was a very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. With his help, we never had a shortage of visitors viewing our property online and in person.

Our house had been on the market with other agents for several months but they took photographs with their phone, the listing was incorrect, and they did not exert any effort. Because of it our house sat through the summer months with few views and no offers. Once we signed with Buchi he hired professionals to ensure everything showed well online and on the fliers he created. He did a lot of work behind the scenes as well. There was never a shortage of people walking through our home and on Christmas we received the offer we were able to accept.
