About Buddy

Buddy has 25 years of experience in residential real estate throughout Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. His sales exceed $200 million and he is involved in many other aspects of the business. Buddy hosted a one-hour live radio show entitled “Real Estate Talk” on CBS radio for ten years. During that time, with his wife Betsy, he wrote a weekly newspaper column entitled “The Right Direction.” His media contributions continue with his work as a regular news authority on local TV. Buddy is a senior instructor on the Howard Brinton Star Power faculty. In 1998, he became Director of Education for the Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES) and he teaches nationally on the subject of real estate for seniors. He has been a featured speaker at several National Association of Realtor’s annual conventions as well as many state conventions. He speaks frequently for franchises, independent companies and Boards of Realtors. He has developed class curriculums for Fair Housing and Ethics for Realtors and he hosts First Time Homebuyer, Investor, and Over 55 seminars throughout Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. In 1995, he co-authored a book, “Targeting The Over 55 Client” with his wife Betsy and John Tuccillo. He has also served as the Director of Special Olympics in Delaware and a host at their annual Polar Bear Plunge.
