My partner and I just finished the process of buying and selling a home, which can be stressful, but Burnz really helped us along the entire way to make it as easy as possible for us. He helped us get TOP DOLLAR for the house we sold (200k over asking price!) by hosting 3 full day open houses as soon as we were on the market, allowing us to get 6 way over-asking offers within the first week! He also helped get our offer approved on our new home we bought for 50k less than their asking price when there were also multiple offers! THE BEST REALTOR!!! Our experience with Burnz was absolutely amazing. We were hesitant to start the process of selling and buying with the market being so competitive AND having and 8 week old baby, but from the moment we started working with Burnz he made the entire experience a breeze. Burnz worked quickly and efficiently, staging our home and putting it on the market, and we received 10+ offers well over asking the first open house! We sent him multiple houses and he organized all the showings locations, times, and routes. We found our dream home and Burnz was able to write us a strong offer that was accepted right away. I was referred to Burnz by my best friend's uncle and I'm so glad I was! Burnz took the time to meet with me pre-COVID to get to know me and what I was looking for. When we first met Burnz, we already knew he is the realtor for us. He was the only realtor that genuinely listened to us and treated us like his family. He was upfront, professional and still kept his warm, kind and friendly demeanor. Every time we viewed a house, he would discuss to us the pros and cons of the property and he would not force us to buy something that we are not in love with 100%. He is also not the type of realtor that will bug you constantly just to get a sale. He knows when to give you space and time, and he knows when to intervene. He was very patient with us for over a year of finding our first starter home and respected our decision when we had to put a pause on our house searching. Even though a majority of the time we were in different time zones he made sure to always be responsive and available when I needed him or had questions. Working with Burnz on buying my first home was an awesome experience and I highly recommend him for all types of home buyers. From our first meeting, Burnz was very attentive to my needs and desires for my first home. I'm a very picky shopper and I know exactly what I wanted in a home. Burnz took note of this and he made sure that we didn't waste any time. His search for a home for me was very detailed. On my first bid on a home, I wasn't available to attend the open house but Burnz was kind enough to take his time and Facetime with me to show the property. I placed a bid on the home but lost in the end to a higher bidder. No worries, by the second home, which I actually fell in love with more than the first home, Burnz arranged for us to be the first viewers of the home, three days later I placed a bid on the home which eventually led to me winning the bid and eventually purchasing my first home. Burnz was on the ball the entire time and during the escrow process he made it as easy as possible for me. He took the time to explain escrow, loan, and legal documents, especially when the "legalese" got to me and I needed someone to explain to me. It was a great partnership. I trusted him, he trusted me, and in the end the whole buying process was as smooth as can be. If you're buying a home or property, Burnz is your go to guy. Like most people, I was guarded and hesitant when trying to find the right realtor to help me find my forever home. Before meeting Burnz, I compared realtors to car salesmen, thinking that they were only interested in making money. Burnz proved me wrong. He helped me in every step of the way. I met Burnz through a close friend of mine while he was looking for his future home. I immediately took a liking to Burnz. His professionalism and knowledge of the area were impressive. A year later, I decided I wanted to sell my property and Burnz was my first phone call. If you are looking for an agent who can assist you in buying a home at a great price, Burnz is the guy! Burnz went above and beyond for me in my first home purchase. From the moment I told him I was interested in buying, the relationship was established. He ALWAYS returned my calls, texts and emails.

I was looking to buy my first property and was pretty nervous to do so.
Over the period of a couple of weeks, Burnz and I looked at multiple properties throughout the city. We were initially looking at Condos because I never thought I'd be able to afford a single family home in this market.... After some patience, we found a two bedroom home in Talmadge at a price that was in my range. WE JUMPED. Burnz was amazing in this process. He knew how to negotiate!!! Within two days of finding this home, we were in escrow! And since Burnz knew how to write an attractive offer, we beat out the other offers!

Not only was Burnz able to find me a two bedroom home in a great part of town, it was FULLY REMODELED and boy did we strike a deal!
He was even able to negotiate really great closing terms that were in my favor. Closing costs for me were low, and the sellers agreed to fix a bunch of small repairs. We were supposed to close within 30 days, but thanks to Burnz staying on top of things, we were able to close in less than 21...

On top of everything else, he is a really nice guy. Super professional and trustworthy. I will continue to work with Burnz for any future property transaction, and would highly recommend him to anybody.
