Byron's a very professional Realtor who is prompt, knowledgable and organized. He scheduled 12 homes to view in two days in less than a week as requested by my wife. He organized the viewings geographically, researched the history, and provided the listings. He was able to facilitate the purchase of a home in 4 days and escrow closed with no issues. After receipt of our new home, Byron provided all the relevant information for transferring and turning on services as well as a very nice house warming gift. I highly recommend Byron to anyone who is serious about purchasing a new home.

My wife and I met Byron at an open house while just getting a feel for the market in Tacoma as were living in Idaho at the time. We were instantly impressed by our interaction. Byron listened to us and gave us advice that was very beneficial to setting up our success while moving to a new city. We had never been to Tacoma before and were in need of someone who knew the area because we had no idea about the different neighborhoods or the competitive nature of the market.

After a short search we started to narrow down where we wanted to live and we even found houses we wanted to buy. Unfortunately we did not anticipate how quickly houses would be posted and closed. There was no way to view the house and make it to Western Washington before it had already closed. This is where Byron made this housing search possible. Byron kept in constant communication with us and would recommend house he thought we would like. We were also using Windermere's Onehome app to narrow down houses to view.

As soon as a house we liked became available, Byron would drive and take a detailed video which gave us a genuine feel for the house. Byron was honest with us. He gave us a feel for the street, the overall neighborhood, and the house. It would have been easy to avoid imperfections in a video and put in minimal effort to the video but Byron went the extra mile.

This made the housing hunting process from a distance very easy and ultimately we found the house that we desperately wanted. When we found "the one" Byron set us up to put in a very competitive offer. Byron knew how to structure our offer to make it appealing and not have us throw money to simply win the house in a bidding war. Without Byron, I don't think we would have gotten the deal that we did for our house and for that we are forever grateful.

We did not have the easiest closing due to factors that were out of our control. Byron communicated changes with us promptly and did not allow for the wheels to come off before the finish line. Byron was able to make adjustments and jump through the extra hoops to make sure the house was ours.

Fast forward a few weeks and we are in our house and we absolutely love it! We would highly recommend Byron to anyone looking in the Tacoma area. Byron is not only good at his job but he was also a lot of fun to work with. If we ever looked for a house in the area again then Byron would be our first call without a doubt.
