C. Lucretia Butler

Lucretia Butler, who friends call “Cretia”, has lived on the Monterey Peninsula since 1971 and been a real estate agent since 1978. Cretia has deep knowledge about the different Monterey Bay communities and she recognizes that each one is unique in its own way. One of her joys is sharing that insight with her clients. Clients describe Cretia as thorough in all aspects of a transaction. They cite excellent negotiating skills and a focus in attending to her clients' particular goals. It is particularly rewarding that her clients return to her when they have real estate needs and confidently refer her to others.

Cretia has a diverse educational background including a Master's in English and Theatre Arts from UCLA. She has danced professionally in St. Louis and Los Angeles and taught grade school through junior college. She still finds time, when available, to showcase her theatrical talents through local directing, choreographing and performing in local community theatre productions. Cretia is married to Chris Keehn, President of Casaterra Group, a design-build firm. She shares her love of architecture and interior design with her husband and they both share a love of music. Cretia serves as an Advisor for the Friends of the Monterey Symphony. She and her husband support the Monterey Symphony, the Forest Theatre Guild, the Smuin Ballet, Animal Friends, and the SPCA as well as other non-profit organizations. With extensive community involvement, Cretia is well connected to many local organizations and has a wide range of contacts that enhance her ability to accomplish her clients' real estate objectives.
