C. Matthew Crider

Matt is a Greenville native and resident of the Five Forks community. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Matt returned to Greenville to pursue a career in real estate appraising with his family’s company. That business has grown into a well-established, nationally respected appraisal firm covering the eastern seaboard specializing in various types of residential and commercial properties. Over the years Matt obtained prestigious designations from the Appraisal Institute and served the South Carolina Chapter as the Government Relations Chair.

Matt’s love for real estate and desire to assist clients looking to buy or sell their home inspired him to expand his collection of “hats” and join our firm as a Sales Associate. Since then, he has undergone additional training and become a Broker Associate. Matt’s understanding of real estate principles and economics coupled with his experience in representing buyers and sellers provide an invaluable component to making a client’s real estate transaction a success.

In 2020, Matt was our Top Producer and one of two associates with more than $10 million in total volume, earning him a Chairman’s Circle award.
