C.T. Shuman

C.T. Shuman is a Petoskey native. He can't imagine a more perfect childhood than the one he had here in Petoskey. He grew up loving all that the area has to offer - endless summer days at the beach or out on the lakes, summer nights around a bonfire and winter days skiing fresh powder. After graduating from Petoskey High School, he went on to earn an Associate Degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Sales from Ferris State University.

His current hobbies somewhat mimic His childhood days. There is a lot of time spent at the baseball field, the football field and the basketball courts. C.T. is no longer the player, now he’s cheering his two boys and their teammates on. When schedules allow, he still enjoys days on the beach or out on the boat, a beach side bonfire and sunny days on the ski hill.

He is a licensed Realtor. He specializes in representing his clients in the purchase and sale of property in Northwest Lower Michigan. His main areas of focus are Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Harbor Springs, Boyne City and Charlevoix. This includes Walloon Lake, Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix, Burt Lake, Crooked Lake and Pickerel Lake. He truly loves this area and prides himself on his knowledge of current market trends, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
