Cabell Fooshe of Keller Williams is a fantastic Realtor who represented our family as Seller's agent in our recent home sale. He was very active during the entire process, including recommending which minor improvements to make to the house to increase attractiveness of sale. We went to market at a time when the momentum had just shifted from Buyers to Sellers, and Cabell was able to help us find a Buyer and complete our sale in a timely manner very close to our asking list price.
