Cait did a fantastic job helping my elderly mother sell the home in which she'd lived for over 50 years. She was incredibly understanding about and accommodating of my mother's needs and wants as we navigated the listing and selling process. We really appreciated Cait's fast responses to our apprehensive questions, whether via text or email. She gave us great advice about understanding the pros and cons of various offer types. My mother walked away from the sale with much more money than she'd hoped and with much less stress than she'd anticipated.

Cait helped us buy our first home and sell years later when the time came to move. When buying, she found us the perfect home despite our inexperience and unfamiliarity with the area. When selling, Cait’s dedicated efforts achieved multiple offers the first weekend on the market and only within a couple of weeks of our first contacting her. Throughout both experiences, Cait was responsive to our questions, very well organized, and a pleasure to work with. Both transactions were smooth and painless. Given her excellent service and local knowledge, I’m certain that there isn’t a better real estate agent in the Hampton Roads area.

The hardest working real estate agent in the area! Cait understands how quickly things move when it comes to properties becoming available and makes sure her clients get in right away for a viewing. Cait not only helped me purchase my home, but she also helped me to sell it! Cait is a BOSS.

She is knowledgeable, hardworking, and client driven. She knows everything there is to know about about the industry and the market. If there was a way to make something happen- she was going to figure it out! She talked me through the entire (scary) home buying/selling process, quickly answered any questions…. I never felt like I was an inconvenience- she genuinely cares what’s right for her clients! I honestly could go on, and on! In summary, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cait! I recommend Cait to anyone- buying or selling. Cait was not only beyond helpful and responsive, she was also incredibly diligent and informative. Her local knowledge is outstanding.

As a first time buyer, moving from out of state, having spent little time in the area, and without the opportunity to view listings personally, Cait educated me about the overall market and helped me focus in on more specific areas. Her thorough explanation whenever I had a specific question about the home buying process made me extremely confident and kept the process moving smoothly and quickly, without feeling like I was being rushed. She was communicative and helpful in negotiations and working with the Seller to finalize details and help me complete the purchase without issue.

Made the mistake of using a different realtor the first time I bought. Definitely should have used Cait the first time, but luckily I was able to when I bought the second time.

Cait was super helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable of the area. Even with a few headaches from the seller and the seller’s agent, and some issues with the VA Appraisal, Cait was able to seal the deal and I was able to get a home on my first offer.

I have recommended Cait to all my coworkers and friends in the area. Please do not make the same mistake I did the first time I bought using another realtor. Cait is the go to in Hampton roads area.
