Caitlin Smith

Growing up in Chicago's western suburbs, Caitlin developed an early passion for all things real estate. After graduating from Miami of Ohio, she joined the DMG team and was quickly elevated to Dawn McKenna Group's Chief of Staff. In this role, she spent two years working alongside Dawn learning the ins and outs of the business.

She also spearheaded the branding, marketing, and advertising campaign for DMG’s expansion in 2017 to downtown Chicago and Naples, Florida from its Hinsdale base. As a millennial, Caitlin's willingness to tackle any challenge head-on and her unique and highly valued digital and marketing skillset has quickly made her an integral part of the DMG team.

Caitlin has since transitioned to full time property sales as the team co-lead for DMG's downtown Chicago market. Over the past few years, she has been involved in over $50 million in real estate transactions throughout Chicago, and is excited to use her skills and experience to help many more clients find or sell their Chicago home.

When she is not working, Caitlin enjoys keeping up with the Chicago restaurant scene as a self-proclaimed foodie, or walking her dog around Southport Corridor or along the lake with her husband.
