Caitlyn Weiman

Caitlyn has been in real estate for over a decade, starting out working for a mortgage company. After she realized that she’d rather be selling properties than lending on them, she got her real estate license and never looked back. Caitlyn was raised by real estate investors, and is an investor, herself. She specializes in working with residential investors, from single units to larger multifamily, but first-time homebuyers also hold a special place in her heart, and she loves the excitement of helping someone buy their first property. Caitlyn's affinity for numbers and analysis make her an asset to her clients. At her previous brokerage she was in the top 5% of agents and is looking forward to building and leading a strong team of agents at Lark + Co.

Caitlyn was born and raised in Michigan, but moved to Colorado in 2008. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in sculpture from the University of Colorado Denver, and has been using that artistic passion to remodel the home she owns with her husband, Nick. Caitlyn enjoys traveling, cooking, doing jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family and her pets.
