Caleb was beyond awesome. He has the right balance between being professional and truly kind. He was patient with us and was never hard to reach. It was so pleasant to work with him. We plan on keeping him for our future projects and recommending him to family and friends. Anyone that works with Caleb will have absolutely no regrets. We had been working with another realtor for months with no good bites. We switched to Caleb when he came over to give free advice and suggestions that would get the house sold. He provided advice on little changes that would make the house more aesthetically pleasing to buyers. Caleb was easy to contact and quick to reply. Caleb went above and beyond to meet each of my many many requests. Caleb helped make sure the lawn and house were always show ready as we weren’t living there at the time. He was always able to quickly address any issues that arose. I would highly recommend Caleb Brady and his company!
