Caleb was so amazing to work with! He listened to what we wanted in our next home and he delivered. He showed us homes virtual and we put our trust in him to give us his honest opinion. Our first offer was accepted over multiple offers because Caleb knows this market and how to approach it with the proper strategy! Caleb Hyder one of the best agents out there. I was given Caleb's number and told to call he get me a house. I honestly didn't know if he was a lender a agent what I just trusted that this is who I needed to call and it was! From the 1st phone call I knewn we were in good hands I was able to explain our situation and he was able to reach out personally to lenders that would work with me. Many realtors would just tell you oh call this guy at cason he's great ! not giving ur personal situation any consideration and if that lender could really even help you but that wasn't the case this phone call was different I was listened to. Caleb was great at explaining things I didn't understand and fighting for what I needed as a buyer. The communication was outstanding I never had a moment I couldn't reach him even for something like hey I'm getting anxious over meeting this deadline. He's the only realtor I would recxomend to someone. I thank Caleb greatly for getting us into our 1st home.
