Lusso Realty was founded by Caleb Phillips in 2018. With a vision of what could, be he set out to establish a new, original, and unique firm. This would be one where the client’s experience is one that can only be achieved with the highest levels of customer service; one where the individual agent could thrive without being weighed down by overbearing fees and splits; one that is not exclusive but inclusive. Where his vision meets reality is where your journey begins with Lusso Realty.

Caleb Phillips is a Western North Carolina native whose deep knowledge of the area and passion for real estate investing led him to found Lusso Realty in 2018. Since then, he has helped people all over WNC achieve their goals of buying and selling real estate while delivering a level of white glove service. He has been married for twelve blissful years to Dominique, and they have two sons named Ryder and Atlas. In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing with family and volunteering at Elevation Church.
