Caleb Smith

Caleb Smith is a licensed realtor in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. Before Real Estate, Caleb was a professional baseball player with the San Francisco Giants. He was drafted out of USC Aiken in 2014 and spent the majority of my career as a Closer in the Giants Organization, and even got to spend a season playing for the Augusta Greenjackets! Having success at the highest level in the sport did not just fall in his lap. He had to EARN it by years and years of hard work, both on and off the field. Caleb takes this mentality straight into the real estate business. Determination, a hard work ethic, honesty and integrity when serving and working for his clients are what he brings to the table. Caleb closed 3 million in sales volume in his "rookie year" from 2017-2018. Last year he sold 52 units totaling over 7 million in sales volume, becoming the TOP realtor under 30 in his entire area!!
