Calhoun McMeekin

Calhoun joined The Wolfe Company (now Wolfe & Taylor) in 1994 and soon became a top sales agent. As a third-generation Columbian, he knows these neighborhoods as well as anyone. He currently serves on the board of the South Carolina Youth Advocate Program and is a previous member of the City of Columbia Board of Zoning Appeals. Calhoun graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia in 1990 with a B.A. in political science and English.

He and Melinda have been married for two-plus decades and are the parents of two wonderful young adults, son Cal, who attends The University of South Carolina, and daughter Gretchen, who attends Clemson University. They are members of First Presbyterian Church. Calhoun’s hobbies include reading, boating, and fishing. His penchant for Clemson orange helps balance out the Gamecock garnet around the office.
