Callie Foster

Callie was born and raised in Paducah. After graduating from the University of Alabama with a master’s degree in public relations, she and her husband, Cade moved back home to Kentucky. They have been married over 5 years and have two children: a daughter named Charlie and son named Ford. She is passionate about her hometown and is excited to be raising her family here. Callie has spent the last several years managing political campaigns and working to represent a new generation for her family’s business, Jim Smith contracting. She is excited for this evolution in her career, which will combine her love for her hometown with her long standing passion for estate.

Since she was a small child, Callie has always been interested in real estate. She confesses, her parents always believed she would become an architect since she was always drawing homes and asking to ride around and look at houses. She is excited about the possibility of developing land to fit our community’s growing needs and desires. With her eyes on development and her passion for residential real estate, she is eager to jump into the industry and find the perfect fit for her clients.
