Callie Rhoads

Callie Rhoads was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. Growing up in the Panhandle, Callie understands and appreciates all that this area has to offer. The weather, the culture, the local universities, and the public education are all factors that draw newcomers to the area. After graduating from Florida State University, with a Criminology degree, she worked alongside law enforcement investigating Public Corruption throughout the state of Florida for over 15 years. With Callie’s vast knowledge of the area, she was encouraged by her children and in-laws to join the real estate profession.

A current Killearn resident and Kappa Delta Sorority alumni, Callie is well-connected and actively involved in the community. Her contacts, along with her lifelong residency in Tallahassee, make her an expert in the area and a resolute agent to her clients. Utilizing a team of professionals, inspectors, repair people, and painters she always puts her client’s needs first.
