Born and raised in Carver County, Cal Haasken has created a name that is synonymous with trust and dedication. The father of three; Christy, Chad, and Nathan, and a grandfather twice over, he is enjoying having his family surround him in his professional and private life. Over 25 years ago Cal started up Chestnut Realty in the small town of Chaska, MN. He still runs Chestnut Realty today and has another office located in Belle Plaine, MN, and manages over 25 agents. Cal believes the key to success is to maintain the small family-oriented firm he has worked so hard to create. Today Cal has over $400,000,000 in sales, is a highly desired licensed appraiser with extensive experience in condemnations, a land developer, an expert in investment property and Tax-Deferred 1031 exchanges, and is the president of Goldstar Mortgage.
