Calvin O’Neal Russell

In 2012, Calvin O’Neal Russell Jr had a vision to educate as many people as possible about the world of credit. He understood from his own experiences, personally increasing his score 143 points in less than 11 months, that credit was very important and that it was the cornerstone of many big decisions and choices in life.
By working for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation and helping clients get financed with over 18 different banks, he saw many clients get denied and wanted to do something about it. He wanted to make sure that everyone had the opportunity to learn effectively about credit scores, reports, home buying, and car buying. Calvin knew that it would have to be delivered in a simple and easy to understand fashion while also maintaining professionalism to its highest standard.

With many people benefiting from his advice, he decided to launch 850 Club Credit Consultation. Since then, Calvin has helped hundreds of people understand the importance of credit, showed clients all the ways to improve credit scores, help clients feel more comfortable in buying situations, and know exactly what to expect before signing on the dotted line.

In 2014 Calvin obtain became a FICO Pro Certification. Meaning, he is certified to train, teach, and educate FICO® scoring algorithm, categories and data utilized in the credit report and the impact of FICO® scores on consumers.
