About Calvin

Real Estate is more than the concept of buying, selling, and investing. Our homes and businesses are the core of our everyday lives. It is where we make the most cherished memories. Calvin Stewart started his career in real estate as a sales person over a decade ago. After spending countless hours learning as much as he could about real estate, he quickly became the youngest mentor hired at that brokerage to train new agents. Calvin also earned the certified negotiation expert designation and became a graduate of the real estate institute (GRI) while doing so. He then went on to earn his associate broker license and run a top producing team. Calvin is a firm believer that everyone should love where they live AND they should love where they work as well. After seeing the real estate industry from both the sales and the managerial sides, Calvin founded Stewart Real Estate and became the managing broker selling in MD, DC, and VA.

He has a network of others within the real estate profession, from lenders, title companies, home inspectors, photographers, and so much more. When making such a big life decision, having the right broker there with you every step of the way is key.

When Calvin is not helping clients or agents, he is spending time with his amazing wife and 2 cats. He has a passion for Disney, traveling, and exploring new vineyards. Ask him what his favorite plant to grow is and find out how to spice up your move!
