I’m a millennial, an ’80s baby and a ’90s kid, which shapes a lot of how I approach life and real estate. I believe relationships still matter, your word carries weight, hard work is irreplaceable, and most problems are solved by stepping in and figuring it out.
I’ve been in real estate since 2018, working alongside my wife and business partner, Leilani. Together, we’ve guided buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families through some of the most significant transitions of their lives. Across shifting markets and complex transactions, one standard has never changed: every listing we’ve taken to market has successfully sold and closed.
Our work spans Washington, with deep experience throughout King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties, focused on residential sales, relocations, and properties that require more than a sign in the yard and hope.
Before real estate, I spent years working in labor, where my experience eventually led to training and developing new employees. That background shaped the way I work today: hands-on, competitive, resourceful, and never afraid of hard work. Early in my real estate career, I also served as a mentor in a large brokerage, where one of the agents I supported went on to earn Rookie of the Year.
Leilani and I have always believed marketing should evolve with how people actually consume information. We were early adopters in our market of making cinematic listing video a standard rather than an upgrade. Today, every property is positioned with a full-service strategy that includes professional photography, cinematic video, drone and twilight imagery, social media distribution, MLS optimization, print exposure, staging guidance, and targeted digital advertising designed to maximize reach and demand.
But for me, this business has never just been about homes.
It’s about the people behind them.
The family stepping into a new chapter, the seller entrusting us with one of their largest financial assets, the first-time buyer getting their keys, or the client who needs someone willing to stay in the fight when things get complicated. Those are the moments that define this work.
Sammamish is home for me, Leilani, and our two kids, though I’ve lived throughout Washington, with Enumclaw as my hometown. When I’m not working, I’m a lover of everything on two wheels, especially dirt bikes. I enjoy fitness, travel, motorsports, the outdoors, and coaching with the Skyline Spartans youth football program.
Real estate has changed a lot since I entered the industry, but my standard for how people should be treated hasn’t.
Work hard. Be loyal. Tell the truth. Do what you say you’re going to do. And when someone trusts you with something important, earn it.
