If I could sum up The Flemming Team in one word, it would be QUALITY. We're first-time home buyers from out-of-state and found the Flemming team on youtube. My family decided to contact them because they seemed knowledgeable and genuine. When we met Shayna in person, we knew we had made the right decision. Shayna and her team FAR exceeded our expectations. There was not a single step through this process where Shayna and her team weren't available to answer any and all questions. They're master problem solvers and we couldn't be more thankful to have had someone so professional and genuinely caring to hold our hands and guide us through this very confusing/ stressful process. Mrs. Flemming (Shayna) was the one who walked us through and ensured we understood the entire process of selling our home. Shayna, two small words that carry a lot of weight, thank you! Words can’t express what a BLESSING the Flemings were and are to me. From Day 1, I haven’t had to worry about ANYTHING! The Communication is Stellar, they left no stone unturned and was with me 100% of the way even through all of the hiccups we faced. They went to appointments on behalf as I lived out of town and made sure to send videos of the home to me throughout the entire home building process. The Flemming team is outstanding and they are very knowledgeable. They were able to suggest things that we may or may not need through our builder because the things would be less expensive to do after closing. I was also having issues with my lender late in my build, and when I say late I mean about 30 days away from closing. They recommended their preferred lender and he got me squared away. They helped ease our mind on closing day. They were there until we got our keys and they gave us an awesome congratulatory gift. Honestly I could write an essay about the Flemmings. I’m so thankful for them, and I pray for nothing but even greater success for them because they deserve every bit and more.

The Flemming team made our move to South Carolina and our first home process as smooth as they possibly could during COVID-19. We recently moved from Northern VA to Columbia for a new career opportunity. Shayna and Cameron took us on several virtual home tours via FaceTime and was able to really give us a good tour of homes and the neighborhoods. Shayna also showed us a house that wasn't in our TOP 3 because she was listening to the things we wanted in our home. When she showed us this home (virtually) we fell in love and once we finally made it to Columbia to physically visit homes, we ended up choosing the one Shayna showed us that was not on our list. It was everything we wanted and needed.

The home tours were the easy part, what was challenging was trying to close from a distance during a pandemic. We have a few issues with our mortgage lender which The Flemming team sprung into action to help speed up the process or to make those extra calls that were needed.

I randomly picked Cameron and Shayna. I found them online and just had a great feeling that not only they could help us find a home in an amazing community, but I also felt like they could be friends to us once we moved. And we were correct. Now we can call our realtors, friends.

Since we have recommended The Flemming team to another couple who is relocating to the Columbia area for an opportunity and they also are thoroughly enjoying their experience.

Great Realtors, from showing to closing was three weeks. Fast and reliable people, gave us great recommendations for lenders and attorneys for closing. Cameron and Shayna were able to get sellers to pay closing cost which was a plus, we were skeptical of closing date because this wasn’t our first house and we had been through the process before but the Flemming team really put stuff together and kept us on track. All inspections and insurance team recommended were certified and great prices for their services. Happily walked away from the closing table with confidence of the house we bought.

You can often tell the quality of the parents by their kids, and Cam and Shay have the best kids around.
