My family and I had a unique circumstance in terms of purchasing a home. I went into the homebuying process with little hope that we would be able to find a solution that fit within what we were financially able to do, but CJ and his team were able to find something that fit our extremely niche situation. Throughout it all, CJ was friendly, professional, and above all genuine. Cameron “C.J.” Yu helped us buy our home in May of 2021 in our ideal area within San Diego county. Working with CJ was a great experience. He was always responsive and willing to drop everything at the moment just to show us a home or get some information for us. If he wasn’t available at the time, he’d still make it work by finding one of his colleagues to help us. In this crazy market there were certainly times when we wanted to give up or just put a pause on searching for a home, but CJ was encouraging through it all and was supportive of any decision we made. We know we couldn’t have found the home we bought without his help and we’re grateful for him. Almost two years later, he’s still answering questions for us, or helping us find the right contractors. He’s one of the hardest workers I know!

I was really hesitant to go to a real estate agent when my partner and I decided to find a place as first time home buyers.
