Cameron Schwab

Over the years, Cameron has been revitalizing urban communities along the west coast. He got his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University with work experience in engineering, consulting, and commercial real estate in the Silicon Valley of CA.

In his more recent commercial real estate experience in Silicon Valley, Cameron sourced and underwrote new investment deals, negotiated new land acquisitions / contracts / new partnerships / joint venture formations, managed forward planning with clients, strategized equity and debt placement, and coordinated land use entitlement and asset disposition.

Cameron currently leads the commercial real estate brokerage and development divisions for Team Schwab at KW Commercial. His businesses have continued to grow through the adverse COVID-19 environment, handling commercial real estate needs for clients across the country. Clients include tenants, buyers, sellers, and landlords. Team Schwab's suite of services offered are fully customized to meet the clients' needs -- and these typically include site selection, land-use analysis, property dispositions, and tenant representation. Cameron is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the state of Oregon.
