Camille Gonzales

A native of Toronto, Canada, Camille has lived in Atlanta for 20 years and considers Atlanta to be her home. She makes it a point to stay up to date with what is going on in local communities, constantly familiarizing herself with the housing market, and local real estate values.

Camille has dedicated herself to marketing many wonderful communities in the Metro Atlanta Area. She believes in maximizing the exposure of your home. She will market your listing using direct mail, a local newspaper, and investor/broker contacts. She is a member of FMLS and GAMLS, an exclusive real estate agent database, which will expose a client's property to over 900,000 agents, selling their home faster. She is a firm believer that a good agent will do all the work for their clients, all the way to the closing table, and that is exactly what she does. From setting an accurate asking price and pre-screening prospective buyers to showing their home and negotiating the closing price.

Camille specializes in many areas of real estate including commercial, tenant placement, investment property, and residential. Whether clients are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, her expertise will allow her to find the property that is right for them.

Camille is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia. She is also an Alumni of Georgia State University, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Real Estate. She chose real estate as her major so that she can have in-depth knowledge in every area of real estate, to serve her clients more effectively. This allows her to have a more competitive edge as well as a better understanding of her client's real estate needs. Camille has worked in the real estate departments of several large Corporations including the real estate law firm Morris, Schneider and Prior LLC, Cingular Wireless (Real Estate Division) and McDonald's Corporation (Real Estate Division).

Camille has consecutively been the proud recipient of the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award and has been a Top Producing Agent since 2007. She has been featured in USA Today and the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
