Camilo is a great person easy to communicate, our experience with him was very good. When I meet him I had zero experience in buying or knowing the best area to live in. I explain Camilo my needs and he came with a lot of different options. He worked with my schedule very well. I I am very great full my friend recommend me Camilo with his help I got my first home and We are so happy.He respects time a lot. Camilo is the best. We were basically the worst possible buyers (not really our fault). We bought our house on auction, it had sat abandoned for over a year. He helped us deal with all kinds of nonsense from the water company not being able to find our water main to prove to our mortgage company that the property had water, to helping us find a last-minute loan when our first lender fell through for other annoying reasons. All of this was happening while we were selling our other house, and on that end we had 2 different sets of buyers pull out for ridiculous reasons, both at terrible times. If I was Camilo I would have said, "you know what guys, maybe it's not worth the commission" but he did no such thing. He spent way more time on us than we were worth and I really appreciated it. Also just a really nice and funny guy. Highly recommended.

I've known Camilo for many years. Camilo not only helped me list and sell my townhouse in Norwalk but he simultaneously helped me find the perfect first house for me to call home! Camilo is proactive, knowledgeable, responsive and patient - but most importantly - confident. He took the time to actively listen to me to completely understand my needs and concerns. He went above and beyond from start to finish. Camilo did all of the heavy lifting...literally. He hired a professional photographer when he listed my townhouse, hosted open houses, provided snacks and beverages and it sold in less than two weeks. He brought me to over 40 houses until I found the one I wanted. He never hesitated nor complained; he just wanted me to be happy. Camilo also helped me find the most reliable home inspector as well as specialists for both my well and septic system inspections. He attended all with me and walked me through the closings.
