10/31/2015 Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $350K in Roselle Park, NJ. Camilo did an awesome job in listing my home and getting it sold. He brought in a photographer, placed advertising wherever possible, held and catered a brokers open house and had the home under contract in under three weeks. I felt that was impressive. I felt he could have assisted us in getting asking price and could have done a bit more to get us more, however in his defense what seller doesn't want more or feel they should get more for anything they are selling. Overall he did what other realtors said They couldn't do and I highly recommend him to anyone that wants to buy or sell in our area.
