Candace Hester

Candi has lived and sold all across the state! She is originally from Elwood IN and moved from there to Kokomo Carmel then Columbus. She has sold homes as far north as Peru IN and as far south as Paris Crossing IN. (Bonus points if you have ever been to either!)

Her joy is found in her faith kids family friends and community! She is a bit of a wild child that loves church but also loves a good bourbon tour. She loves worship music classic rock and country. She loves hiking and exploring nature and traveling. But also loves curling up on the couch with a good movie and glass of wine. She loves entertaining and working on her landscaping and modest garden. While she is not a huge fan of snow, she finds beauty even in winter. And she always loves water!

Her favorite part of her Real Estate career is helping people! She loves serving and educating both her clients and colleagues. Candi finds it incredibly rewarding when the average buyer or seller walks away with not only accomplishing their sale. But also feeling like they learned about real estate in the process. She completely enjoys that no day is ever the same and that she rarely has to sit in the same place for very long.

They say that there are two types of people some who refuel by being alone and those who refuel by being around people. Candi is definitely the latter! Her closest friends say that she is super smart but hides it well with her recurring silly moments. While she is very competitive (do not even ask to play Monopoly) she has a drive and desire to see others' success and joyfulness. Usually, her biggest competitor is herself. She is the oldest of 5 children and grew up very modestly. She believes that is probably where her work ethic comes from as well as her desire to succeed. Most of all her faith drives her integrity. She truly believes the golden rule. That's why she absolutely loves the 6 Cs of Realty ONE.
