About Candace

Candace is originally from Northern Virginia and after vacationing to Sunset Beach since childhood, she finally became a full-time Brunswick County resident in 1996.

Licensed since 2005, Candace began her career in real estate sales and marketing at Ocean Ridge Plantation, and then became Marketing Director at Sea Trail Plantation, before entering general brokerage. Here she continued her focus towards marketing luxury waterfront and golf course properties.

Candace is very knowledgeable about real estate and the selling process. She has walked me through the contract terms and made me feel at ease in negotiating the terms of sale. Despite a couple hiccups with buyers, she has been up-beat, supportive, and encouraging I would highly recommend her as a sellers agent.
