Candee was marvelous with the sale of our house. There were a number of contracts, with two or three falling through mainly for lack of financing. She worked tirelessly with making the property active and calling the back up contracts. In the end she got the sale settlement and the condo settlement to dovetail on the same day. Great job, Candee! Thank you.
