Candee is the best Realtor in the business. Tou don’t just have the best Realtor but a great friend. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. She is a wealth of knowledge and an invaluable asset. Don’t think twice about utilizing her services. Candee has helped us purchase and sell a couple of houses now. When she worked with my dad, she was extremely patient with the language barrier and even conducted all business with him in person since they could not really understand each other well over the phone. I’m sure this was not convenient for her schedule but she made time and as a result, my dad always tells me to say hi to her.
With this most recent purchase and sale, she helped us navigate some difficulties and was always ready with a recommendation for professionals to help fix the various little issues that came up on the inspection. She did the majority of the legwork on that and was very good about communicating and keeping us up to speed on developments. We will always turn to Candee for our real estate needs! 🙌🏽

Candee is an amazing Realtor. Within the last 1 1/2 years she helped me purchase a home and now sell my house. She did her research to make sure we set the asking price right on target. Candee went above and beyond to get our property sold. She was patient with me as the selling of this house was due to a divorce, so there were times were tensions were high. She handled herself with such grace and even showed up the day of closing to help take care of some things that I did not have the equipment to handle. Things that were far past her responsibilities as a realtor.

I 100% recommend using her. She knows her stuff and will fight for you.

If you need a realtor in Nashville TN area, Candee is it!
She took the time to determine my priorities as a seller, and crafted a plan to quickly move my property. She was always available to answer any questions, and usually answered them before I had a chance to ask them. Being an out of town seller can create some difficulties, but with her road map, determination and communication skills there was zero stress. My situation wasn't an easy one, but she sure did make it that way! Strongly recommend her to anyone as a realtor. I you do, get her a cup of coffee for me.
