We had a wonderful experience working with Candice. We were moving from out of town and she took time early on to get an understanding of what we were looking for in a property and did several zoom walkthroughs with us. She also spent a morning driving me through different neighborhoods to get a better sense of the area when I was in town. When she found us a property we wanted to put an offer on, her knowledge of the market was extremely impressive. We beat multiple other offers with her guidance. From our first meeting through the closing and beyond, she has been extremely responsive and helpful. We would gladly work with Candice again and highly recommend her.

In what could have proven to be a sticky situation, was made flawlessly easy peasy all to the thanks of Candice Bothun.
I was living in England and needed to purchase a house via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime. Candice tirelessly showed me options in family-friendly neighborhoods until we found our house. She was a listener, a mover & a shaker for my family. We had previously sold a home with her and every question we poked around about was answered and her word is and was always, gold. Never a need for another real estate treasure unless Candice goes and retires.

I didn’t know a thing about Candice Bothun and she ended up being one of the best finds in Annapolis! We moved from out of state and didn’t know anyone at all in the area. By the end of our time there, she had helped us buy 2 houses and sell one. She is attentive, prompt, thorough, frank, and very knowledgeable. She answers her phone, or in the rare case that she’s busy, calls right back. She is a problem solver and will get you off that ledge that buying houses sometimes drives you to. Following her advice and guidance, we sold our house the first day it was on the market to the RIGHT buyer. Added bonus, she has a name for anyone you might ever need for home care, kid stuff and beyond. She has a wonderful family and deep roots in the area. You really won’t regret using her services. Candice was a shining star in our darkness. She was a tremendous help in selling my mom's house. The family was still greving for the recent loss of our mother. The house had to be emptied fixed and sold in a very short time. Candice grabed the reins and guided us through every step. Because of Candice's expertise the house was ready for sale in a little less then three weeks and the house was sold four days after it went on the market. I would recommend Candice Bothun as an agent to sell your house knowing that you're going to get the best there is.

Candice was an incredible advocate for us throughout our buying experience. We initially rented to familiarize ourself with the area and she found us our rental. I stayed in touch and more than once over our rental year Candice and I went to look at houses in neighborhoods before I was fully ready just to get a feel for different areas. When my husband and I were ready to buy, she helped us with finding financing and helped rescue my sinking feelings when our financing hit a glitch! She was amazing with my husband and my kids.
