Candice Richards

Candice grew up in Hood River and hasn’t found a better place to call home—though she’s open to suggestions (spoiler: they never measure up). Growing up in an outdoor playground sparked a lifelong love for adventure, fresh air, and a good challenge—values that still drive her every day. Small-town roots run deep, and Candice thrives in the tight-knit, big-hearted community that makes The Gorge such a special place to live, work, and play.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland, Candice began her career as a registered nurse. She spent the early part of her profession in medical-surgical nursing before transitioning into roles in Quality Management and Change Facilitation within Nursing Administration. Translation? She knows how to juggle chaos, lead with purpose, and never misses a detail. Following the completion of her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Oregon Health & Science University, Candice felt a strong pull to reconnect with her local roots and explore her growing interest in real estate.

In 2016, she joined Copper West and is consistently one of the company’s top producing Realtors. Candice draws heavily on her nursing background, bringing the same meticulous attention to detail, organizational finesse, and patient advocacy to her work with real estate clients, surpassing the level of service that most of her competitors provide. Whether buying or selling, her clients benefit from her deep local insight, data driven approach, and her genuine commitment to their goals.

When she’s not busy hustling for her clients, you can catch Candice coaching classes at Crossfit Viento, downhill and skate skiing, running, and traveling. Her most recent endeavors include learning to wing foil, trying to set a positive and inspiring example for her daughter, Charlie, and serving on the board of the Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital Foundation.
