Candice was absolutely great to us. For first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and she answeredthem all. She always quick with feed back and responding to us. Having her knowledge of homes and what to look for was by far one of the best things we could have asked for.
If you are looking for someone to help you buy or sell Candice is definitely the right person. We wouldn't have been able to do it without her.

Candice was an excellent agent for us purchasing our first home. She was very flexible and communicative with us coordinating home visits. She listened to what we were looking for and was very attentive in helping us find homes that fit our needs. She was also very helpful in our decision-making process as we assessed our options, and in our purchase of the home. Candice was very helpful during our first time homebuying experience. She on top of the market and all of the new homes that became available and made sure to send us a note of a new opportunity. She also has great contacts once the process of closing on a home beings from inspection to the finance and legal side where all have worked together often and get everything done quickly. Would definitely recommend Candice to anyone who is either a first time homebuyer or not!

Candice was just perfect. She helped us find our dream home in the middle of a global pandemic. She was knowledgeable, responsive to every single text at any hour of the day, fought hard for us against the demands of the other real estate agent, and broke things down into easily digestible plain language that made the entire process a breeze. My wife and I recommended her to help our elderly grandmother sell her home and she was just as caring and attentive to her. Candice has continued to keep in touch with us, checking in, leaving pies on our doorstep at Christmas time, and sending us a scratch off ticket that won us a cool 10 bucks. If we ever decide to leave this beautiful home I am 100% confident that I will be calling Candice for all of my real estate needs.

When I lost my mother my sadness was overwhelming. Then I needed to sell her house among other things. Candice made the process smooth and quick. My mother's home sold within a month and she found the perfect couple to buy the house- something, surprisingly, that was important to me. Back in 2015 I had the pleasure of working with Candice to find the perfect house for our family.
She was amazing! She got to know us personally and she knew what would be right for our family.
She was always fun and a pleasure. She was honest and upfront.
There were times I wanted a certain house but she had a concern about it and she would spend time explaining why we may want to keep looking, she was all about making sure we were going to be happy in the home that was going to nurture our children.
She was always so patient with my crazy requests, and I can be soooo picky!
In the end, due to my husband losing his job, we were not able to close on a house, but even through all of that, she was there.. she didn’t just walk away when she saw she wasn’t getting a sale, she sat with us, helped us through the embarrassing process of having to deal with our life being flipped turned upside down; even kept in contact with us to make sure we were doing okay months later.
Still today, we are in contact, and I send everybody looking for a realtor her way.
She’s amazing and relatable, the best realtor I’ve ever worked with.

Everyone knows the home buying process is a difficult ordeal. Due to Long Island's in demand market it was much more tedious and strenuous that anticipated but, Candice assisted us with ease. After going through multiple failed offers with the high demand of the market. She continued to help us throughout and although frustrating for us; she made it an enjoyable experience.
I can't say enough great things about her and would recommend her 10 times over to anyone looking in the long island market.
