Candice Stafford

Candice Burtis Stafford is a number one producing agent in Coldwell Banker's Bedford NY office. She is the recepient of The International Diamond Society Award in 2014 & 2016 and ranked in the top 11% of real estate sales agents nationwide. Candice specializes in the communities of Bedford, Pound Ridge, Katonah, Somers, South Salem, North Salem, Armonk & Chappaqua. Her extensive real estate knowledge ranges from luxury estates to starter homes. She is a member of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service (HGMLS), National Association Of Realtors (NAR), and New York State Association Of Realtors (NYSAR). Candice is a third-generation native of Westchester County, New York. Having lived in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut as well, she has first-hand knowledge of both Westchester and the immediate surrounding areas.
Candice has roots in commercial real estate, having worked for a developer, Park Tower Realty Corporation, from the late 1980s to the early 1990s. A Bedford resident since 1994, she has developed extensive knowledge of the town and neighboring communities and has also cultivated strong working relationships with local architects, builders and designers. Candice's professional background, community knowledge and associations with residential real estate experts benefit her home buyers and home sellers.

In addition to being a member of the Northern Westchester Hospital Auxiliary and the historical John Jay Homestead, Candice is an active volunteer for The River Keepers, an organization whose mission is to safeguard the ecological integrity of the Hudson River, its tributaries and the watershed of New York City. Candice is a third generation member of Westchester Country Club, Rye NY where she enjoys a round of golf with her two children when she is not selling real estate.
