I was very happy to have Candice involved with my home search process! I needed help with correcting credit as well as learning about how the mortgage process works in general. She was extremely helpful in helping me to learn how to get a mortgage and sent me to the people that could help make it a reality. She was knowledgeable about government plans that I wasn't aware of and this ultimately allowed me to get to the point that I could buy a home. As a teacher this is really helpful! I would completely recommend her to work with anyone who is looking to buy a new home, investment property, or anything short term rental related as she is an expert in that regard.
