Candie Carter

Although not originally from Texas, it has become my home after 30+ years of living primarily in the DFW area. After working several years in retail, Candie Carter fell into the real estate industry while she was going to school for interior design.

She spent most of her 30+ years in real estate in sales and property management and is known as the problem solver and the "go to" person for the toughest challenges. She is still considering writing a book with her unbelievable stories over the years. You will find that she has mastered the skills of multi-tasking, handling tough customer issues, proactive resolutions to difficult crisis situations, excellent communication, and customer service skills.

She is known for her eternal optimism, creativity, and bubbly personality. She is genuine, direct, and takes the time to find out your priorities and concerns are. She is a tough negotiator and anticipates issues before they happen. She works well under pressure and makes sure her clients have a hassle-free experience if at all possible.

When she is not actively assisting her clients, she is working on commissioned pieces or new artwork for her upcoming gallery showing. She has been a freelance artist for over 30 years. She is also a musician and loves to spend time actively outdoors. Maybe not as much a tomboy these days nor does she run any more marathons, but you might see her on a bike or in a canoe.

She has found that her clients become lifetime connections because she has successfully assisted them through an important financial transaction where we have developed trust, respect, and shared very personal conversations along the way. It is always a huge compliment to get referrals and repeat business from past clients.
