Candy Costa is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring person. She was hired to assist with a specific family home of 46 years. Candy took the time to explain every step of the transaction with my elderly mother which reassured her of the process. Letting go of the family home was not a easy process both emotionally and financially and Candy spent a extensive amount of time with my mother and the family that any other real estate representative would not have done. Her negotiation skills allowed my mother to sell her home with dignity and she was able to get the asking price that we set out. I am very impressed with every aspect of selling our family home that I will be hiring Candy to sell my own home this fall.
