Where do I even begin? We worked with Candy to purchase our home and she has far exceeded the expectations we had for a real estate agent. She truly set the bar high for the profession. Candy was attentive to our needs and understood our very specific requirements for the home. She was very prompt in setting up our showings and also knew all the pertinent information about the houses she showed us and was able to point out the things we might have otherwise overlooked. She valued our time (or lack there of) and showed us the house that we purchased at 8:30pm and even brought me an extra flashlight!! She then went back and walked through by herself the next day, in the daylight. Who does that? Oh, a person who values your time and your crazy work schedule does that! She pointed out important specifics around the houses as she walked us through them. She even told us to insulate one of the outside pipes before it starts freezing! (Candy, I did insulate it today. Thank you!). She was encouraging, responsive and very friendly. She responded to all of our emails, calls and texts. She calmed our frayed nerves and remained cool and collected through this very stressful (for us, anyway) process. She was very reassuring when the pressure was getting high and was able to remain calm and absorb a lot of that stress for us. Let me also make sure to mention that Candy has AMAZING negotiation skills. She knows the market, she knows the trends and she knows her job very well. She again stayed determined throughout the process and made sure that we got the best deal.
We will continue to work with Candy to sell our existing home.

Candy was great through every step of the process. She was definitely for the buyer and was honest when a house wasn't worth the price or the work needed to put in. She responded quickly and was always there when we had questions. Thank you Candy!
